After my dad, Brian, passed away early this year, I took over this hobby pottery and moved it to my Shed.

Memories of the time I spend over many years making pottery together and all the skills he gave me over the years came out and the joy of taking a piece off clay and creating a unique item, became addictive.

Every time I make a new item I feel a connection to my dad and also to my grandparents who also worked in the potteries of Stoke-on-Trent.
